I saw on a post that to get elite skills you ahve to have somehting called a signet of Capture. DOes anyone know where I can get it?

You can purchase them from 2 trainers i believe druids overlook and quarel falls

Can also get a free one from a quest in Lion's Arch.

edit: quest, not mission.

You need to do the mission in Lion's Arch first. There you get 1 for free. After that you will be able to buy them.

yes after there is an unlimited amount and i think they are around 100 gold each

they are for capturing elite skills. People only use them to capture elite skills. Elite skills are skills that are only known by the npc bosses, but you can use that to learn them.

Actually they are priced at half of a regular skills price...at least when purchasing skills the cost rises 10 gold for next but with capture only rises 5 gold, so im assuming they are 50 % of normal skill cost
